Theme developer is no help, iPage is no help. I don’t know how to get the site live again or even pull down the corrupted theme. The site is egertonenchomes.com. I don’t know what to do.

Hi @robeylapan, alas, we won’t be able to be of very much help either: your site using the free WordPress software rather than our managed hosting services. And these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host. We don’t have admin access and even if we did, your copy of WordPress is different from what we run here.
If it helps, your host may be able to help you rename the corrupted theme folder. Or you might find some tips here:
