Error thrown Call to undefined function get_current_screen()

    Hello and Help! My website will not let me log into the wp-admin. I only get the following error:
    Error thrown
    Call to undefined function get_current_screen()

    I am new to this and urgently need help, as I’m managing a Non-Profit website, and I have no knowledge of how to do this. All help is appreciated!

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
