error when changing the tab in wordpress

  Hi,
  When I open my google chrome a see http://akademiapanigulan.pl/wp/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page. When I click on options/general http://akademiapanigulan.pl/wp/wp-admin/options-general.php or other I see my broken website. Why I do not see the option I choose. How can I fix it because I can not do anything. How can i change a url i can not get there.
