error when editing

hi, for some reason, when i try editing a published / drafted post, i get an error.
the error that appears states:
The webpage at https://mrskendz.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2182&action=edit might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
can you please help? thanks.

I’m sorry to hear that. Can you please show me the error that happens when you edit and update that page? Please upload that to your Media > Library page and I’d be happy to take a further look.

hi gracejiyoung, i can’t even access my dashboard :( im not sure what’s wrong. this is the first time this has happened.

That is strange! Just wondering – are you located in the UK? We have had some problems with our UK users accessing the Dashboard, so I’m just wondering if that is the case with you.

Hm that is strange. I’m wondering if this is an issue with your browser or maybe ISP.
Can I get a few more details about your issue?
1) Is this happening only for the WordPress.com Dashboard? Can you reach say our WordPress.com forums:
2) Is this happening for other sites like Google.com?
3) Does this happen for just Google Chrome? How about Firefox or Internet Explorer?
Also, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
Let me know what happens when you do that.
If that doesn’t work, can you please take a screenshot of the issue and upload that to your Media > Library page?
