Error when signing an E-Signature document

    I have a client that wants to sign up for one of our monthly Learning Labs. She’s getting this error. ‘Forbidden. You IP belongs to a high spam risk network.’ Can you help????? (This is on the CreativeSandbox.com website). It wouldn’t let me log in, so using the main site.

    We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. I would suggest to contact support from whatever plugin you are using.
