Error when transferring domain

  Hi,

  I have a .com domain through a premium account and I’m trying to transfer it elsewhere.
  Wordpress support had to generate one manually but it does not work when I try to use it with the other supplier.
  I am now getting error messages when trying to resend the code or cancel the transfer (to try again from scratch).

  Here’s the message when trying to resend the code:
  ‘An error occurred while trying to send the Domain Transfer code. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.’

  Here’s the message when trying to cancel the transfer:
  ‘Oops! Something went wrong and your request could not be processed. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.’

  Is this logging an actual support ticket with staff, or just going to some open forum? I’m a premium customer – I would expect actual support…
