Error when trying to access our own blog dashboard!!!

  I am continuously unable to access the admin and dashboard part of my blog. This is very frustrating as we are traveling and only have occasional access to WiFi to upload posts and edit posts to add photos etc. Often the below message displays however, and the WiFi opportunity is wasted as we cannot access our own blog!!!!!! Please advise how to fix this!!!
