Error when trying to create labels and Purchases disabled on my wordpress.com account

  Hi WP Team,

  I’m getting an error on this page ( https://wordpress.com/plans/alphaterritory.com ) saying ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’

  Does this have to do with the fact that I haven’t been able to print shipping labels today? I’ve been getting a error saying ‘There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment.’ every time I have tried to print a shipping label to process the order on my site alphaterritory.com

  Please help by enabling purchases so we can process our orders and purchase shipping labels.

  We haven’t been able to process any orders since yesterday.

  We have unblocked your purchases and you can proceed. Please understand that every previous purchase you have made here was disputed through you to the bank, and refunded back to you. Future disputes are going to resolve in purchases being blocked again.

  Hi Liz,

  Thank you. This issue with the dispute was a mistake I explained over a week ago to WooCommerce because a friend of mine, who’s website is connected via my WordPress account, forgot those transactions on his cards were from the shipping labels he had printed and didn’t recognize them. As a result he put a claim by mistake and as soon as I found out her reverted and closed the disputes.

  Rest assured this will not happen again since I’m going to create a separate account for him and his site so it doesn’t interfere with anything of what I’m doing with my sites.
