Error when trying to customize website

  I keep getting this error message when trying to customize the website:

  ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
  Learn more about debugging in WordPress.’

  I need help on this please!

  What is the address of the site you are referring to?

  The website is leannealexander.net

  I believe it is hosted by wordpress.com and this error started when I uploaded the WP Jelly plugin to WordPress.

  Sign in to the account connected to that site. It’s jleanne2017. Then you can reach our live chat support team for help with the site.

  Deactivate the plugin to fix the problem.

  Ok I’m on this account now as you can see. I made jordanshuttles an admin but it’s not registering. Not sure what the issue is there. I need WP Jelly to finish the website so do I deactivate and reactivate?

  Hi there,

  Did you try to add this admin as described by the instructions on our support page here?:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site

  I checked and did not see a pending invite or any indication of a user role added.

  I need WP Jelly to finish the website so do I deactivate and reactivate?

  I would reach out to the developer of WP Jelly and let them know of this error. They would be the ones to assist you with this issue.

  Ok so I have two domains registered

  leannealexander.net
  and
  leannealexanderhomeloans.com

  It says the leannealexanderhomeloans.com site is my primary but is not the one I wanted to use, is there a way to switch my primary site to the other one?

  Hi there,

  So leannealexander.net is currently the domain connected to your WordPress.com site. leannealexanderhomeloans.com is not connected to your account but is hosted with Bluehost. Are you wanting to use it for your WordPress.com site?
