Error While Making Payments

  I have been trying to make payment to upgrade my account, However I am getting and error. Is there any other way I can make payment. I have used 3 cards, but I get and error saying ‘Transaction Denied. Please use other Card’
  Please Help.

  Hi there,

  Yes, I see that it shows how you used several different cards and they were declined. Your purchase privileges were disabled for a short period which may have caused the other card declines. I would try it again and see if you have any luck with the purchase.

  I don’t get why were the purchase privileges disabled ?
  And are they enabled now ? I can try making payment?

  Hi there,

  Purchases are now enabled. Please try again.

  Also, make sure that your cards are valid for online and international transactions.

  Hi !

  Tried again. This time also tried Net Banking. Still not working.

  Yes the cards are valid for online and international transactions.

  I don’t understand why I am getting the same error message.

  Please help.

  Hmm. Clearing the browser cache may do the trick. Please give that a try next.

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  If that option does not work I will add the plan from my side of things and then send you a payment form via email.
