  Hello,
  We are having an error message regarding signing on to the back end of our website, could we have assistance ASAP? Every time we try to log on it says, ‘here has been a critical error on this website’.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  It looks like http://creativecanvasandboard.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.

  A first action would be to try and deactivate all of the plugins via SFTP, and then reactivate to see which one is causing the issue.
