  My website was working perfectly fine yesterday, but now my URL wont load and keeps saying error 404. Could you please assist me as I’ve just bought one of your packages yesterday and would like to keep my website on track.

  Hi there!

  It looks like you’ve purchased a subscription with Bluehost, not with WordPress.com. Since things do not work the same way here and there, and because we can’t access the backend of your site to see what happens, we can’t really advise here.

  I’d suggest either contacting Bluehost directly, or posting to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
