  I can’t get into the back end of my site. It just says parse error. all i tried to do was update my site and the plugins. seems the site still shows up though.

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?
