  Hi
  Any new user experiencing errors with completion of profile in WordPress and uploading of images? I keep getting errors. Somehow WordPress doesn’t allow uploading of graphics at the moment?

  Hi Connie,

  I’ll be happy to look into this for you. Which changes profile changes are you trying to mke and what is the error message you are seeing there?

  I’ve checked the Media Library on parentingideas195322832.wordpress.com and you still have plenty of free space, so that shouldn’t be an issue.

  • What error message are you seeing when uploading images?
  • What is the file type? For example, .jpg or .png
  • What is the file size of the image?

  Just let me know and we can go from there.
