Event Calendar held in WordPress please

  I would like an Event Calendar that allows you to create and display events in WordPress. So no need to integrate/create a separate login with google or eventbrite or whoever!! For example for The Events Calendar plug in which looks ideal but because I use wordpress.com I cannot upload it!!! So unfair.

  Any thoughts on this most welcome…
