  Our Events page is actually displaying our News items (as well as the News page) but the events are available because the Upcoming events displays correctly on the Home and News pages

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @peterborrowscantabnet, this might be a configuration issue with your theme, but I can’t tell for sure. These forums are actually for the sites here at WordPress.com, which is different than what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  I’d recommend checking the support forum here:
  https://wordpress.org/support
  https://wordpress.org/support/theme/customizr

  Or if you’re using a plugin for events, check with that author, too.
