Ex employee created site with wrong information, we need to take it down.

Hello, We are a website design agency and we recently created a new website for Jersey Pest and Animal Control (http://jerseypestandanimalcontrol.com).
Their old site (https://jerseyanimalandpestcontrol.wordpress.com/) was created by an ex-employee that is no longer in communication with the owners. And, with no other options to access the login information, we request that you please remove this site completely. It contains old information that is confusing the customers. Thank you.

We see the owner of a site as the individual who created the site, and only that person can delete the site, in this case the username account,
