Excelgroupsa.com PAYMENT HELP (DOMAIN PAYMENT- not allowing me to pay)

    Hello there,
    We made the payment on the 18th of April to renew our subs for excelgroupsa.com it appears to have be refunded due to a dispute and we have tried to make the payment once again as the option is available when we try to access our site. However once we do this it tells us that the domain name already exists and can not be registered. We are the owners of this domain and would like to enquire on how to rectify the situation. We have altered the credit card details although the previous details were also correct as we are brothers in the same company. We have also included the charge back fine in our payment but still to no avail. Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) with a solution. Many thanks.

    I see that one of our staff members has sent you a manual payment for the domain and the fee. Did you receive it? If so, you can go ahead and pay through that system to get the domain restored.
