  I need help recovering an existing Word Press account and I do not have the information required to fill in the recovery form. Would a Happiness engineer please contact me with help?

  We can try to help. However, if you do not have any of the information that would verify that the existing account was indeed yours, we are unlikely to be able to give you access to it.

  The information listed on the Account Recovery form is generally the only data that we can use to verify ownership.
