Expert Education responsive Site Creator/Designer

    First I need an expert site creator/designer, I saw a link to them that I repeatedly clicked button/link, but nothing happens, it takes me no where.
    Second, I bought a .com domain name, from Google, how can I transfer it here? will the site creator able to do that.
    Third, I bought a WordPress education theme from another site, will the site creator able to plug it in?
    Fourth and final, please give me an estimate or idea of the cost price for site creation? I would like to receive a few quotes to decide on site builder

    Yes, you can either map it – your domain will stay with the current registrar, and you’ll need to go to their site to manage anything domain-related.

    Thanks for the response, but much of what you say make no sense to me? For instance, I have no tech knowledge, so I do not know where to go to get a site working properly.
    1. Even without the need for code, I still cannot get or create an interactive/ responsive education learning/teaching website.
    2. There are no guide/instructions page that you can go to that would help you select what is needed. If that exist I do not know where to find one? Once I get started, would a guide page propped up to say what to do, where to go?
    3. I was able to build a blog page, how can this site be converted to a website that accommodate the blog/teaching/learning into one website?
    4. After I looked at the cost of having a website creation expert, I do not need one! Purely based on cost, If I could afford that sum I certainly would prefer to have a professional site developer, but not now.
    5. The the themes that I referred to are from http://preview.themeforest.net, which are themselves WordPress themes, so how can they be called third party themes? Though they are purchased from a site called ‘Envato market’ the sale tag said wordpress themes?
    6. I accept and probably understand that I need to have one of these themeforest learning interactive theme on wordpress but how do I get it on wordpress to start enter the teaching information?
    7. I CANNOT MAKE THIS CLEARER, YOUR INFORMATION DONT CONVINCE ME THAT I CAN DO IT WITHOUT HELP. BUT I CANNOT AFFORD THE PRICE TO EMPLOY AN EXPERT SITE CREATOR!
    8. SO WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE, HOW DO I PROCEED TO HAVE ME A LEARNING/TEACHING EDUCATION SITE, THAT WILL HAVE ALING TO MY ALREADY CREATED BLOG PAGE?
