  I missed the email which informed me of the domain expiring. I urgently need to get this reinstigated. I have this happen to me every year as I dont see the warnings on my account.

  Please can you help me? I have been emailing now for the past 48 hours. The account is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I know this incurs charges but I need to do this. Noone is replying to me and I have had no acknowledgement.

  Hi there,

  What is the domain you are trying to renew? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and have never bought any domains from us.

  I have been emailing now for the past 48 hours.

  This account is only two hours old, and I only see one email in this account’s history, along with three identical forum threads (I’ve now deleted the duplicates). From what email address have you been emailing us, and to which address have you been sending those emails?
