Expiration notice and bill

    I just received a bill from domain service ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) for $86 for 1 year. Is this for real? I never had this kind of bill before.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here was only created yesterday and owns no sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

    Are you saying you received the email from the address you gave above, or at that address?

    If you received it from that address, it is not from us. Billing-related emails from us will always come from a @wordpress.com address.

    If you received it at that address, it’s also unlikely that it’s from us, as there is no account on WordPress.com connected to that email address.
