    My card expired and I didnt notice until several months later. Auto renew canceled. I just put a new card on my account and renewed it. When will my website be up again?

    I checked and blackhawkafap.com went through the redemption process successfully and is now eligible to be registered again. Have you tried registering the domain again using your paid credit?

    I was hoping it would go back up automatically. I don’t know how to register it again and I can’t find a contact link for wordpress folks.

    An active WordPress.com plan is required to add a custom domain to your site. We have 4 different plans: free, personal, premium and business. All hosting is free regardless of which plan you choose.     Here’s the email I just got.

    Howdy, you recently asked us to activate the domain mapping upgrade to use your domain name blackhawkafap.com as the address of your site blackhawkafap.wordpress.com

    In order to get things working, you’ll need to visit your domain registrar’s site and update your name servers. The registrar is the company you own this domain through, either where you purchased it originally or transferred it to.

    These will need to be changed to:
    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    Once you make the update, it’ll take a few hours to display your WordPress.com site at blackhawkafap.com.

    If you’re not sure how to update your name servers, please contact your domain registrar.

    If you need to check the status of your domain mapping upgrade, visit the Me> Manage Purchases section of your dashboard.

    Hey there,

    That is the email you receive when you purchase mapping only. It’s the subscription you purchase when your domain is registered elsewhere and all you need to do is map the domain to your WordPress.com blog. The domain is not registered elsewhere, so you need to purchase registration as well.

    I have removed the mapping so that you can go through the process of registering the site, which should be $18..not the $13 for mapping.

    I paid for the deluxe option so I believe this should be included. I did the same last year and it worked fine so I don’t think I need to pay anything more. This is really frustrating. Thanks for the continual help.

    The undefined comment is in a red box with an exclamation point and an X to close the box/window

    I can’t select anything.
