expired credit card

  I am trying to update my credit card information and click on update credit card the box comes up (overlay on the current screen). I enter all the information and enter but nothing happens. It looks like you should be able to move down but it won’t do anything. No response, no error. How do you finalize the change of credit card. It shows me on the screen entering all info through the state but doesn’t show or move beyond that.
