expired domain?

    The domain, ‘Occupycharleston.org’ was purchased a year ago by another person who is no longer active in the group. If, as you say, the domain registration expired on October 5, then it should be up for grabs? Is there a waiting period?

    Have the person that registered it transfer it to your account. They can simply log into their account here and request the domain registration be transferred in this thread – with expired domain registrations speed is important to prevent added costs for renewal

    It takes something like 60 to 90 days for a domain name to revert to the wild where it can be grabbed up by a squatter and held for hostage or used to redirect all traffic to a porn site if they wanted –
