Hi there,
I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore brewyaya.com to your account, but we need to move quickly on it because the domain will be entering redemption soon and it would cost much more to retrieve the domain at that point. I will send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
I will let you know once I hear back from the registrar.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

I’m confused I thought you were the registrar. If you’re not who is? Should/Can I contact them directly?
Thanks!
-
Sorry for the confusion, technically we are your registrar. We re-sell from a registrar partner, and that’s who we contacted.
I have sent over a manual payment request so that you can pay the standard $18 renewal fee.
Once that’s paid, and once we hear back from our registrar partner, your domain will be recovered. :)

Payment received!
We’ll let you know as soon as we have heard back from our registrar partner.

We have not received a reply from our domain partner yet. The process can take 2 to 3 days.

Is there anyway I can just get it directly from the provider? Or just transfer it out? This is causing issues on several levels of my business including email and advertising. I’m just making sure I am doing everything I can to resolve this quickly.
-
You can transfer it out later, but first they need to recover it, so we just have to wait on them regardless.

Someone from our team will update you as soon as we hear back on the domain status. There is no update to share at this time.

Another quick question. Starting Monday through today I haven’t received most of my emails. Is there a way to recover those on an FTP or server somewhere? I’ve been told that some of the emails bounced back but some appeared to send.
-
No, if the domain is gone, like in this case it did expire on July 1, nothing going to that domain will work.
In other words, any emails sent to email addresses under that domain simply went no where after July 1.
This is why we send several emails warning about the expiration before the expiration date.
