expired domain

I have been trying for a week to renew our expired domain. I really am not impressed with your support team at this time because they have been no help. There is no billing history because a gentleman in our church set this account up and was paying it personally. He made me an authorized user so I can’t believe it is so difficult for me to get this done. He no longer wants any part of the website so I’m in a predicament!
