expired Domain

    Hi there,
    I am trying to establish if cairnstourism.org.au has a wordpress account and if so, how can i recover the username and password?

    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there!

    I looked up and the site cairnstourism.org.au doesn’t appear to be hosted by us at WordPress.com.

    It’s using the WordPress.org software that is hosted by GoDaddy. We provide support primarily for WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    I noticed that the domain is currently parked by GoDaddy, which might mean that it has expired and needs to be renewed/reactivated by them. Please contact GoDaddy support so that they can help you with this further.
