Expired Domain Name

  My domain name registered with WordPress recently expired. I would like to get this domain name back and then transfer it to a different registrar, on a site where it was pointing to before it expired.

  Let me know what to do.

  Hi there,

  Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.

  However, the good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

  A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

  For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.
