Expired Domain Steps?

  We allowed our domain to expire and more than two weeks passed, so we can’t see the *renew* button.

  Understand that we have to pay the late fee plus domain upgrade, but couldn’t find where to contact wordpress.com regarding that.

  Hi Roberto, you can actually renew your domain – including the late fee – under Store > My Upgrades.

  Since a domain can only be renewed by the user who purchased it, that user will need to be logged into the account to complete the renewal.
