expired site

  Hi,
  Unfortunately I forgot to renew my domain illicini.com. I need to have the site up and running again with the same fee and conditions I had before (15 Euros/year I believe). Is it possible to do this?

  Our records show that illicini.com expired on 14-sep-2016.

  Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.

  The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

  A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive. The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal, plus the $80 late renewal fee. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.

  Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again.

  Hi,
  thanks for your quick reply. I would like to pay the renewal fee, thanks.
  Is the website going to reappear as it was before, at the old adress, if everything goes fine?
  I was also wondering if it is possible to get a reminder that the site is expiring, possibly on a different email account than the one connected to the website…

  I was also wondering if it is possible to get a reminder that the site is expiring, possibly on a different email account than the one connected to the website…

  You might make sure that this email information is correct as that is where the domain expiration notice will be sent:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/update-contact-information/

  (You may not be able to change anything there until the domain is properly renewed.)
