Expired users

  On my memberships section I have various tabs:
  All
  Active
  Cancelled
  Expired
  Pending

  I am wondering with the expired users if this is that their card details have expired and they have just not updated them (is this not then Pending tab?)

  Or if something has expired that I am needing to renew?
  I am seeing so many users going into this section and I don’t really have a lot to begin with! Any help appreciated

  The only sites I see on your @jodie120cc14c2885 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

  The listed site does not have membership functionality so is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
