Expiring Account – How to Renew?

  Someone in our organization just got an email that our wordpress account is expiring, but the wordpress site says we should be automatically renewing. I have admin rights, but when I click the link in the renewal email it doesn’t take me anywhere that I can check the status of our payment or provide new payment info. How can I renew so our site doesn’t get shut down? Thank you

  Someone in our organization just got an email

  Then perhaps that is the person who should be renewing the plan/domain using their log in credentials.

  Thanks. That person says he/she doesn’t know how to access the account. Is there a way to figure out what account is associated with the payment info?

  There seem to be a number of people with access to that site but the earliest username was: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/baileyem/
