  tried to export the blog. it seemed to be taking too long, so I refreshed the page in order to try again, but now it gives me the error message that something went wrong and it is unable to export. can you help me with this?

  I have reset the importer on your site and you can start the process again. Please note that posts and pages already imported will be skipped.
