Export All Issue – Perhaps needing to clear cache

I’m trying to ‘export all’ content from https://sikfanmei.home.blog/ and am continuously receiving the error message, ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’
There is nothing wrong with the connection, I’ve cleared my browser’s cache, and have tried multiple times. I suspect the issue is that I need to clear my site’s cache in order to make this begin to work. Will you please enable that functionality within my account?
If you have any additional ideas for why this may not be working, I’d be happy to hear them. The purpose for the export is that I am moving my blog to a wordpress.org self-hosted account and wish to bring all my posts with me as well as their featured images (which I’ve read requires use of the ‘export all’ functionality. Can verify that simply exporting posts does not bring along their featured images.)

If you’re moving your site elsewhere, you can take care of that without exporting everything by following the steps at https://move.wordpress.com/
The featured images should be attached to their posts and therefore transferred with a proper content import.
If that isn’t working still, I have cleared your site’s cache, so please let us know how that full export goes now.
