Export blog from Blogger to WordPress.com

  I have to import in my new blog (https://baddhandss.wordpress.com/) a xml file larger than 15 MB, about 220 MB and I can’t. Can you help me?

  Can you upload your file to a sharing service like Dropbox and give me a link to download it? (I’ll shoot you a private email so that you don’t need to publish that link publicly.) I can get it broken into chunks so that you can import it.
