    Hi rexliu0715,

    Your account shows an export was successfully completed on rexliu0715.wordpress.com a couple hours ago, have you been able to download an .xml file now?

    If not, please try restarting your router or using a different wifi connection as the error message you shared suggests this could the problem.

    Let me know how you get on.
