Export free website to my web hosting

  Can I please export the website I build to webspacebar, my webhosting company. Please be advise them that a standalone wordpress installation can be done on their hosting platform using Softaculous, and the question is if there is a way to export the site from your side to import on a standalone wordpress installation

  You can export the content you have created (not theme, settings) of a WordPress.com site following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
