Export media library

  I need to export many of the photos in my media library. I have read your help file about exporting the entire media library, and followed those instructions, but it always fails. My internet connection appears to be fine. I need a way to have access to my photos. Can you help?

  Hi there,

  You are referring to the media you have uploaded on bravehoratiofollowedafter.wordpress.com yes? I see that you have close to 3GB of media on that site, which is a pretty large download and can take some time in the best of circumstances.

  When it fails, you are getting an error message of some kind? If so what does it say?

  Also, to rule out any network issues, I would like you to run the following network test to check your connection speed: http://www.speedtest.net/
  Can you tell me the results you get for:
  – Latency (ping)
  – Download speed
  – Upload speed

  Yes, that’s what I was referring to. I got some help from a friend who does web hosting and finally got them downloaded.
