Export my data

I setup my own WordPress site on GoDaddy. I need to get the data from my free WordPress.com site over to my GoDaddy-hosted WordPress site. I setup a MySQL database on my new website and I have the MySQL Workbench on my computer so I could export/import from/into the databases directly, but I have no way of accessing the database for my WordPress.com website.
Additionally, I was reading your support docs and I noticed there is supposed to be an Export option under Settings on my WordPress site, however, I do not see an Export option anywhere.
How do I export my WordPress.com website so I can import it into my GoDaddy website?

In the “My Site/Calypso” WordPress.com dashboard “Export” is indeed found top right after clicking on “Settings”. Confusingly, in the wp-admin dashboard “Export” is found by clicking on “Tools”.
