Export of 'All content' fails. 'The website cannot display the page'

  In the last couple of weeks I have not managed to export my content from my wordpress hosted site. Every time I try I get ‘The website cannot display the page’. This used to work without drama.

  I can download posts / pages and feedback as separate items, but I want the whole site. I need the comments backed up. I have tried multiple browsers, I have tried a couple of operating systems, it just doesn’t work any more.
