  If I don’t renew my premium plan
  Can I still export my site(including all contents, premium theme, plugins etc.) to my own hosting?

  You will always be able to export your content, regardless of your plan:

  https://wordpress.com/support/export/.

  Premium WordPress.com themes are only available here, on WordPress.com, so you won’t be able to transfer away those. To use them on a self-hosted site, you will need to purchase them directly from the developers.

  Plugins are available only on plans Business and above.
