export xml from wordpress.com

  Good morning,
  Is there a way to export my little blog (complete with post, comment, media) to an xml file to import in my web site http://www.corradogreco.it that is built with wordpress.org?

  Here in Tools there’s not a export option.

  I thought it depends on the fact I have a free plan, but even if I wish to upgrade, a page appears that tells I have not the necessary privilege to upgrade. But I am the admin.

  I’m stucked. Please help.
