Exporting Data from WooCommerce

  Hello, I’m having difficulties exporting the data from WooCommerce. When I go under ‘Tools’, then ‘Export’ , then select ‘All Content’, then click ‘Download Export File’, it gives me an error message. It says ‘This site can’t be reached.’ How do I fix this issue? Why is it not letting me download the data?
