Exporting information from one website to another

    . I am trying to move all the information from one site to another. Period. Nothing else. I followed your instructions, but the file that I downloaded by your sent email is of the wrong type. Please advise and add a extremely detailed discription as to how to do it. No shortcuts are allowed!
