Exporting raises an error

  How can I export my stuff when I get an error that says ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’

  Hi there,

  Our logs show a successful export for your site around six hours ago. Did you manage to get the export file, or do you still need help with this?
