Exporting wordpress to hosting company

  We have an account with Your Name Here and would like to transfer our finished wordpress blog to the hosting site. Is this possible with what we currently have? And if I need to purchase the theme again will the content remember the layout or will it need a whole lot of work??

  I would greatly appreciate any help you can give us with this.

  Hi Erica,

  The WordPress.com Premium upgrade and Organization theme you purchased are only valid here at WordPress.com, not with other website hosts. It’s possible to move your blog’s content to a new host, but those upgrades (including the theme) won’t be moved.

  However, you can try asking the theme author if they would be willing to provide a discount coupon or the theme files for you to download and use on your self-hosted WordPress.org site. You can contact the theme author in the Organization theme support forum here:
