Extending the domain expiration for more than a year

  Hi there,

  For SEO reasons, I want to extend my domain expiration date for longer than a year, otherwise is always recognised by search engines as a domain which is expiring in less than 12 months.
  Is there a way to do this, or do I have to host outside wordpress?
