Extracting database without cPanel or FTP

    Dear sirs/madams,

    I think my host has been shutdown/quit because suddenly my site is offline + they send me my entire wordpress folder with DL link.

    The name of the file is: “cpmove-domainname.tar.gz” maybe someone recognizes this type of format.

    My question is; how can I extract the database .sql from these files, without using cPanel or PhpmyAdmin?? They no longer respond to my messages and I feel that the files must be somewhere in these folders! All these (screenshot: http://prntscr.com/mru2jx) folders are located in the cpmove file, and even more below, like a mysql.sql file etc

    I pray that you can help me get my site back up and running!

    I think the self-hosted WordPress forums over on WordPress.org will be better to get an answer to your question – WordPress.com does not offer any FTP or database access, so we don’t really have the necessary experience and expertise here to advise you on this.
