Facebook connection

The connection between my blog and facebook doesn’t seem to be working even when I refresh
Hi for some reason the connection between my blog and facebook seems to have stopped. Even when i refresh it manually each time it no longer goes through. Can you please take a look and tell me how to get back the automatic connection.
